The only business advice he seems to have is investing in a staff coffee machine and posting relatable TikTok's and memes. Oh, and how could we forget his obsession with casual Fridays? Game-changing stuff we tell you.
Ok he deserves more credit. After all, he was hired for his 'Fresh Ideas.' When he isn't taking a weekly mental-health day, he does wonders for the company's marketing and PR strategy. Who else is going to develop snowflake-friendly content that won't end up getting the company canceled?
We do have a suspicion that sucking up to his manager with compliments and doughnuts is what gets him by. Seems like he'll do almost anything to keep his job, except work. So, are you the co-worker who loves scrolling through Instagram and TikTok instead of clearing those deadlines? It's ok. You're just productive when you need to be.
