Competition Rules

  1. The Promotion is organised by (“the Promoter”).
  2. By submitting your entry to this Promotion, all participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules.
  3. The Promotion is only open to South African residents aged 18 and over; excluding employees and associates of Digital Studio Hub / MoMilk.Net and their staff and their advertising and/or marketing companies. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
  4. Winners will be notified by via Facebook inbox messages. The Prize will be drawn via random selection.
  5. Winners may be requested to allow their names and likenesses to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes. Winners are, however, entitled to decline such requests.
  6. The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Prize is as specified – no cash or alternative will be offered. Prize may differ from images. In order to claim the prize, winners will be required to provide a daytime delivery address or certified copy of proof of address.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this Promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  9. The winner may be requested to take part in the publicity of this promotion. By participating in this promotion, the entrant grants the Promoter permission to use their name, likeness and competition entry for advertising and future promotional purposes without compensation.
  10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunctions, viruses, bugs or other such causes.
  11. The Promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third-party website or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the Promotion.
  12. All competition are not endorsed, sponsored or administered by Facebook, nor any of its subsidiaries or associates.
  13. This competition does not require consideration to enter and purchasing products from will not increase your odds of winning.
